www.findlaw.com this site will help you find laws concerning just about everything you need to know. you might have to dig a little but its there.

Look at schedules of controlled substances

Do a google search for your state and controlled substances and it should pop right up. I don't think anyone has had the ambition to do a 50 state compilation of controlled substance laws. If they did i'd start to worry about their well being as a person
