Is there a problem with taking GH and slin doses at same times?

Ok Ive read that to get optimal results from GH best time to take it in the am is around 10am when the body is at a low in its natural production,problem is this when I get out of the gym and take my slin pwo shot and pound a pwo drink right there and another 1 hour later(I use Humalog)Is there a problem with taking my gh/slin doses at same time or is this ok to do?
 
You can take them at the same time, but you have to know how you react to the GH first. Some people go low when they take GH w/o food, so combining that w/slin and it could cause problems.
 
I have done it during bulking. I find that the slin allows you to still hammer the carbs even with the gh, which I can do anyhow, but alot of guys find the gh will limit their conversion of sugar leading to hig blood sugasr levels if carbs are consumed with gh. This is eliminated with the introduction of slin. I like the combo for bulking. I feel, and this is opinion, that the gh limits the fat that comes with slin.
 
It dosent effect me from pounding down the carbs imediately after my gh shot and the second meal an hour later.I keep it simple with humalog since its so short acting I usually just drink a gatorade/water mixture right after taking shot pwo.The gatorade is usually 90g of carbs for the 12 ius of slin I take pwo only,this is the numbers that I have gotten to work best after tweaking and adjusting up and down the carbs and the slin.As far as the gh I ran it for 3 months before and this is my second time runing it at 4ius a day 2am and 2pm Ive been runing it for 2 months now went from Jinos to 3 months of kexing now,if I like the kexing I am going to get another 10 kits to have enough to go another full year at 4ius.The thing is I have always taken the first 2 ius of gh upon awekening even before I brush my teeth I run straight to the bathroom do 2 ius then go on about my daily business eat breakfast and hit the gym and hit the slin pwo only at 10:00 am.I read that 10am is the best time for you to use the first doe as the body is at a low of its own levels.

I would shoot your first 2 at 10 A.M. after your workout and then the other 2 at 4 P.M. So take the slin with the pwo shake and the GH. Eat an hour later. The do the other GH shot in the afternoon. GH will limit the amount of fat gain during a bulking cycle.
 
Yeah I have noticed that I have nop put on any fat at all since Ive been on although the diet has been ridiculously clean down to weighing all my foods and counting calories too.A lot of people dont understand how hard it is to get 3000 quality clean calories in you a day.These guys saying their getting 5k or 6k calories daily must betaking in a lot of fats because I am eating around 3k calories clean mostly cuality carbs and very high protein and I am stuffing my face every 2-3 hours to get at least 500 calories per meal of clean food with minimal fat and 2g of carbs per lb of body weight.
 
I am taking in 300+g of protein a day along with 360+ grams of carbs per day and that is a chore let me tell you stuffing myself full every 2-3 hours.luckily with the slin I am getting like 180 grams of those carbs in fast pwo.There is just not enough hours in the day to get all those calories that people are taking with out getting quite a bit of fat along with it imo.I am going to add a casein shake containing 50g of protein for a middle of the night snack when I wake up to use the bathroom around 4:00am wich is 3 hours before breakfast and 4 hours after I have my beofre bed casein shake.That ought to put me at roughly 350+g of protein daily.

Bro since you're bulking, and even if you're dieting, you need to have some healthy fats in there. Don't take any fat after the slin shot, but I would add at least 3-5 tablespoons of flax oil per day. You can add them to your protein shakes and in the middle of the night with your casein. Also add all natural peanut butter. Lots of cals there bro. You can easily add another 1000 per day.

I am in process of doing this ordered a bottle of liquid flax along with casein and another 10lb bag of Optimum nutrition strawbery whey protein.I was getting really tired of the all the whey banana flavored stuff so decided to switch up a bit.K to you for the tips.

No problem. You'll be surprised at the difference you'll see from adding good fats.
