Haqve you tried ghost-betting? Go into the thread and post up what your bet would have been. Keep track of your virtual profit or loss until you hit a winning streak and then ride the wave with actual bets.

when I go over there I try to hit the peeps I recognize
and usaully get the "spread around message"
It's hard to stay current when a board has only a dozen actives
iron Trybe took time to gorw and they have a "rep" system
but no bookie forum so it's sort of "empty" to collect rep there
