Is there a Fake 6-OXO going around?

I just ordered some 6-OXO and it looks a little different from my other bottles that worked for me.

The front label reads :

6-OXO
stimulates Testosterone Production

.Suppresses Estrogen Production
. Prohormone Alternative
.Naturally Occurring

and the back under Supplement Facts

6-OXO (delta-4-10, 13 dimethylcyclopenta[a]phenanthrene-3,6,17-trione 300mg

Now the difference is my good version has "3,6,17 androstenetrione 300mg"
and thats it. And on the front it says "Aromastat - Estrogen Inhibitor" not "stimulates Testosterone Production" like my new bottle.

So is this new version I bought fake and if not what is "dimethycyclopenta[a]aphenanthrene-3,6,17-thrione?
