is the U.S.A. afraid to attack? or...

or are we making sure when we do attack we take out everything possible to cut any ties with the leaders and their men that are in place throughout the world?

are we afraid of what retaliation may occur upon the attack?


i have concluded with very little doubt that iraq had a major part in the attacks... for the last 10 years all the chemical warfare talk has been revolving around iraq... now, after the terrorists strike we keep hearing of possible chemical retaliations agains the u.s. coincedence? i think not... now iran wont back us.... that means they back the taliban....

another possibility is we are actually already very deep into afghanistan with intelligence and special forces, but we wont have it reported to us due to tipping them off...

i admit, i am confused with the delay in attacks... iraq invaded kuwait and 3 days later we were fucking their world.
 
i agree withh most of your points w/ the exception of Iran supporting the Taliban; as recently as three months ago Iranian nationals were using IEDs (bombs) to try and assaniate Afghan nationals in Kabul.... they have deep seated religous differences (Sunni vs Shi'te)
 
In 1991 we did it wrong.

This time we want to be sure there are results. The right people are in place; they learned their lessons.

there is alot going on that we dont know about.

They cant tell everything to the evening news.

If they did, everyone would know what was coming.

I think were going about it right.----I think when its all said and done we will have covered all of the basis.
 
Iran is in a precarious position, while they want to slowly normalize relations with the US (especially trade) they don't want to look like they were bullied into an alliance with the US. There are some serious political battles between the moderates and the conservatives who still don't forget about US meddling in Irans affairs (the Shah for example).

I think we're being smart about "attacking" as you put it. The US want this war on terrorism to be a world vs. terrorism, not US vs terrorism. This will take some time, many US diplomats and envoys are making their rounds across the middle east to gather support. The Saudi's have joined the alliance, but that's probably because we've been supporting the crooked royal family and they don't want to lose any of the precious money and arms we supply them.

I could go on and on, but I'll stop.

bro you are so right, there is no way you can condense the news into a 1/2, which is what the networks do. Plus all the major news networks and regular TV networks are owned by corperations that have their own agenda.

Hell yes, It's a fucking joke. All ready there is internal strife in our government leaders. A more passive action is being pushed. It's the fucking gulf war all over again. Sure we will lobe some bombs, have some covert actions. And then we will declare victory. Victory? What kind of victory is that. The only way to have victory is to kill ever single one of those mother fucking terrorists. And take out every country that harbors or supports them. Our leaders are backing away from going after those that harbor them. Their going to only use Afgan. as our whiping boy. All of these other nations will be left alone. Iraq, Iran, Sudan, Syria etc etc. It wont be so fucking funny when they come back a few years later and start assasinating our leaders. I bet they would be calling for the nukes then. I am so fucking discusted in our leaders. They might as well bring the serviceman back home and protect our boarders if they wont let them do there job. It's politics as usual. They talk the talk but wont do the walk. Eye for an Eye kill the terrorists, there supporters, and their families. Fuck all of this colateral damage shit. The last real war that we won was WW2. And there was some serious fucking colateral damage and we dropped two nukes. You dont see Germany or Japan fucking with us any more. No colateral damage in Iraq. Fucking Saddam is mouthing off and getting ready to nuke us. It's a fucking Joke. Wake me up when it's over......
 
The world loves a victim, and right now we are the biggest victims in recent history. Witness how every country in the world, including our traditional enemies have flown to our side to support us through this ordeal.It is unusual at any time in our history to have so much world-wide support-it is essentially the WORLD VS Iraq/Afganistan.Our govt. likes that scenario.

The minute we attack and kill innocents that balance will shift(the big bully USA) and the govt is taking advantage of this unprecedented time in history for our country to continually work the victim angle while zeroing in on more specific targets to be attacked in the next few weeks.

We're not afraid to attack-just playing our newfound popularity for as long as possible.

its funny how after a few weeks people DONT want innocent people to die.. yet 2 weeks ago all some people wanted was blood... it didnt matter who shed the blood as long as we got "revenge"... people wanted to "nuke the middle east". i'm glad our leaders were not as harsh as those on this board...


we will hear about an attack only upon killing bin laden... they will air it on the news one day that bin laden is dead... it will take us all by surprise since we didnt even know what was going on... i dont have a problem with that as long as i am told that we are actively seeking justice.
 
We may already be fighting in Afghanistan. Have you noticed how the Northern Alliance (a group of Afghans that oppose the Taliban) have had several significant victories recently?
 
I don't think the US is afraid to attacke..I think it's more like we don't have a clue as to what we are going to attack. Terrorists don't have any targets for us to hit...they move around all the time.
 
I have to say that this is not right, but the longer they take to do something the more angry "The Redneck Republic" becomes. I have heard they are becoming more agressive towards civilians in public.

we have had marine special ops immobilizing in Afghan since 9-11.....just because they don't say it on the news doesn't mean everything is fine......trust me this isn't even the begining......wait and see.
 
I don't want my reply to insinuate that I now have a problem killing innocents 2 weeks after the attack.I don't-War is War. I'm saying our government is playing the "Hurt Little Nation" for as much mileage as possible-It's giving the country a strength it hasn't -possibly -ever had on a global political level. Things are getting accomplished behind the scenes with nations we've had difficulty negotiating with in the past because of the WTC/Pentagon horror.

You people who wanna protect the innocent lives there make me sick. Fuck them all, do you people have any idea how bad life aound here is fucked up?? I live about 20 min from the city and in all the towns around here people have lost dads, sons, daughters and moms.All because of these fuckin terrorists. I know a guy who might loose his house because he used to limo drive a lot of the people to their jobs at the world trade center.
Its total disprespect for them to come here and take down symbols of our financial and military strength. It is time we fight back. Kill all them fuckers over there, set and example.

200 000 US troops in the Gulf,you think countries like Iran (which has the biggest biological/chemical program and long range missiles in the developing countries) or Egypt or Syria would not retaliate if attacked by US????
if we saw quick victory in gulf it was cause Iraq was attacked by some 30 countries and had no support from anyone!

if the whole middle east was attacked by US then get ready my brother cause you gonna have to suck some extra 10 cocks aday to be able to get your car outta the garage! $$$$$$$
 
Put the the NETHERLANDS on the list for target practice. And how about Iowa. That will get the Middle Easts attention. I just hope Iran is dumb enough to throw some chems our way cause we can nuke them off of the face of the planet. I'll ride a fucking bike rather than to bow down to those Mother Fuckers.
