when I was little, my uncle would call his son (my cousin) a "fraggle" from that show.
well my friends brother always called us "a bunch of faggots" - I didn't know what that meant, but it sounded close.
so I spent that thanksgiving calling my cousin a "faggot" in front of everyone, thinking I was very clever.
finally my dad pulled me aside and gave me a lecture on what words one does and doesn't say to others, esp in front of family...

I think I was 6 or 7.
