is test/winny good for gaining lbm?

I just finished my second cycle (250mg test ew/75mg fina eod/50mg winny ed) a few weeks ago and am very disappointed with not only my lack in progress but also with fina's effect on me (no strength increases, nothing..just agression). My diet and training was irregular because of the death of my mother earlier this month.

Anyway, I've decided to hit the cardio and stick to a strict diet the next six weeks to drop as much bf as possible (currently 5'9, 168lbs, ~13-14% bf). I'd like to do another cycle in a couple months but am not sure what to do. I don't want to bulk heavily (i.e., get fat/bloated like I did when I took test/deca/dbol), but would like to add a good 10lbs muscle while retaining or reducing my bf. Would this be possible with a sust/winny/t3/nolva cycle? I'm thinking 500mg sust/wk, 50mg winny ed (probably tabs..tt winny didn't do much for me last cycle), 12.5mcg t3, and 20mg nolva ed.

I'm also looking up info on test prop, eq, and primo, so if anyone thinks one of those would be a better choice (instead of the sust), please let me know! Thanks!

you need to eat and get your diet together. 5'9" and 168lbs AND you've done 2 cycles?? WTF! Steroids can't fix a fucked up diet and poor habits. Figure that out before you dump more $$ and drugs into your body. Sorry to bust your bubble - you need a better diet, not another cycle.

Thanks for the input, really. But like I said, I got nothing out of this last cycle, so I only consider myself having done one cycle, which got me to 180lbs but I've since been dieting like crazy and of course haven't been able to go to the gym much recently. Whatever the case, I think 5'9 176lbs (ok so I'm about 5'8 1/2) with about 13% bf isn't too bad (for me anyway)..that's how much I weighed a few weeks ago, but because of my mother's death and my family's religious bg, I've basically had to fast the last few weeks (with little time in the gym)..hence my current "puny" 168-170lb frame.

Look I've been training seriously for 3yrs but I'm the textbook defintion of a hardgainer. I know how to diet/train properly and have gotten back into the swing of things. This thread has to do with whether or not sust/winny/t3 is a good combo, so if you don't have anything to add to that, then please don't reply. Thanks
