Is Test necessary?

Is test a must with fina? I'm going to be running a cycle primarily to gain strength and lose some bodyfat. The only problem is I can't gain to much weight due to the fact that I can't lose any speed before next year.

This is want i'm looking at for my next cycle during the summer:

Fina: 75mg/ed weeks 1-8
Anavar: 50mg/ed weeks 1-8 (maybe for 10, not sure on cash)
