Is T3 rebound actually good for muscle sparing?!?!

Hey all...
Read a LOT about T3. But one thing no one mentioned and came to my mind:
Say i'm using T3 75-100mcg on cycle, and eventually my thyroid gets shut down.

So i finish my cycle of gear and T3 altogether. Could the recovering thyroid actually be a muscle sparing factor?? I'm asking this as i know fat gaining rebound will be surely present.

If yes, that's an excelent thing right? While PCT is doing it's job restoring my natty test, not loosing any muscle gained on cycle would be great. Keep up the cardio and carbs to avoid major fat gain also....

Another thing, what are the imediate side effects after beginning t3 usage? I started today t3 for the first time in life at 75mcg (50 morn/25 night) and plan to follow "aus's" daily temperature measuring. Not sure what to expect other than obviously fat loss in a couple of days, and BT rising... Tryin to determine whether my t3 is bunk or not. I'm thinking i should feel extrememely pronounced effects as my BF is a little high (about 18%).

Also, on the subject, how many of you use boosters like ECA (not clen), pure caffeine, PWO's while on T3? Any recomendations of what to do, and what not to?

Tnx bros

I think before anyone intentionally tries to suppress thyroid function by taking t3/t4 they should spend some serious time learning just how much impact thyroid function has on the rest of the body. If you cant lose a few pounds without cleaning up your diet and adding some HIT cardio then you have nutritional problems which likely means your thyroid is already sluggish. Taking external thyroxines to suppress your thyroid is going to have a negative impact on hormonal production system wide INCLUDING sex hormone production. Its well documented that low test levels generally accompany hypothyroidism.

The idea that having low normal thyroid homeones is going to spare muscle is just plain silly because it doesnt look at the big picture.

I have no idea who "aus" is but taking a daily armpit temp can be one of the tools used to diagnose a sluggish thyroid. If your temps are consistantly low first thing in the morning then you likely have an underfunctioning thyroid. What you need si selenium and iodone NOT t3. Your thyroid isnt functioning properly because the nutrients needed for proper function arent there.

Id like to think if people spent half the time learning about nutrition they do about pharmaceuticals they would be a lot healthier and make much better gains....but then I am reminded most people dont actually know shit about the pharmaceuticals they are taking either.

What?! Calm down man.
I don't know how you got most of that but you misenderstood pretty much everything.

Where did i say i INTENTIONALLY WANTED to supress thyroid? Thats absurd.
And how do you even know how is my diet/cardio/lifting program?
And when did i say my thyroid isn't funtioning properly?

I can totally accept that my SUPOSITION is wrong and that's why i asked in the first place.
BTW you didn't explained your supposed big picture. All you did is come to my topic and say cliché things about training and dieting, even though i haven't specified them.

I'm not even gonna try to re-phrase my post.

What do you thinking taking T3 is doing? You stated in your first post:

I started today t3 for the first time in life at 75mcg (50 morn/25 night)

Which means you are intentionally suppressing your thyroid function.

As for your diet/cardio/lifting program is laid out I dont need to know how its laid. The only reason people here take T3 is to lose fat which means:

1) your diet and exercise program are lacking since you cant lose weight and need to resort to T3 use.

2) your thyroid is already sluggish preventing you from losing fat with even a mediocre diet/exercise plan.
