I'm trying to lean out a little. I'm eating 1800 cal/day (50%-pro;30%-carb;20%fat). I weigh 190@ 11% b.f. I'm doin cardio in A.M., training 6 days a week. I'm on T-4(150mcg/day) and fina(75mgEOD). Is the T-4 making me tired or am I not eating enough? THE TRAINING CAN NOT CHANGE.
