Is regular ALA worth it?

hey guys, i live in sweden, and here i haven't seen the new R-ALA being sold anywhere, only the normal ALA
was just wondering if it worth taking it, or if the R-ALA is so much better??

Yeah its worth it just need to take a little more thats all.

it takes about 4 times as much and is not as effective as rALA IMO.

I HAVE TAKEN BOTH AND DID NOT NOTICE A HUGE DIFFERENCE.

Both are very sensitive to temperature. Make sure your source of ALA keeps it cool from manufacture to ingestion.

just take 300 mg caps and up of regular ala
