Its good on some occasions, but to rely only on proviron as an anti-e is kinda risky.
Proviron at 50mg ED and Nolva its gonna cost you around $3-4 per day.
For less than that you can pick up some arimidex instead.

Proviron is great IMO my favourite anti-e.

Increases effects of testosterone in a cycle
Reduces water retention
Binds to aromatase to prevent estrogen conversion
Hardens physique
Can be used to aid recovery
