if you believe you need to have a certain amount of protein a day, and you make it a goal to consume that amount every single day forever, does that mean your addicted?. do you find yourself planning on how your going to get your next fix in ahead of time? do you get mad if your not getting your protein at a certain time of day? do you feel irritable if you miss your dose, maybe even angry?
