Is Proscar the same as Novaldex?

I talked to a pharmacist today, and he says it is, Novaldex is just a brand name, and so is Proscar.

also does this just help with ppl losing their help or does it help you keep the gains after a cycle.

Proscar=Finasteride,a 5-alpha reductase blocker.Used to prevent hair loss.

Nolvadex=Tamoxifen Citrate,a selective estrogen receptor modulator(SERM).It's used by body builders to prevent gynecomastia(bitch-tits).
