I do not agree. there is active compound that is mixed with filler and binders with any pill. These are all put into a press and a pill is formed so how can you be sure that you have exactly 50% of active compund in each. There is a possibility you have 75% in one half to to 25% in the other.
There is no methodology used to obtain an even split as the tab is designed to take as a whole (in its original format i.e. medical world). UG labs then created high dosage tabs with a compound that has a short half life (e.g. 50mg Dbol) this was mainly due to less volume to ship but then the user has to split the tab.
With all that said we are talking small %ages and it will not make that much difference but in answer to the original question then splitting the tab does not ensure equal active compound
