is NYC that much better than ECA??

I was just wondering how mcuh more effective one is over the other and what the difference is? I am on a tren only cycle and I also didnt know if it was smart to take either of the two while on tren? I have heard several different answers in the past but was gonna get some more opinions. Thanks bros!!
 
Well what im doing is taking Xendarine which is an ECA and taking some Yohimbe orally, so im getting the best of both worlds.:)
 
I like NYC much better its a lot less annoying that using Ephedrine in any form.

BTW, taking high doses of Eph and Yohimbe at the same time is dangerous.

Yes it is, Yohimbe is VERY strong. Its so strong i stopped doing it for a while, once i discontinue cardio i will get back on it. Im trying all options except DNP.
 
Golfer, have heard a lot things about the timing of oral yohimbe....something about taking it with carbs and its effects on insulin...whats your word on this, what time of day and how close to meal time etc?

OK, ill try to put this in words. This is what i do.

I rotate days.........

If im doing cardio i take three xenadrine before and dont eat for 25 minutes after. I like to take glutamine and creatine before the cardio. After the cardio i take clen then eat my first meal. I eat all my carbs before one then cut them out.

If im not doing cardio i add in the yohimbe. Im doing six days of cardio now to really jump my metabolism and its working. In about ten days im going to cut the cardio to two or three time a week with longer sessions. Im gonna try the longer sessions at lower intensity but have some spikes of high intensity in it.

I have been doing the cardio for about 20 days now and im doing great with this. You have to experiment with what works for you. I also changed my training up to high reps and perfect form until failure.
 
sounds good....but why dont you do yohimbe with the cardio...personal choice or too hard on the system...im planning on taking the oral yohimbe before morning cardio (bout 30-40 min jog) and then waiting half an hour and eating a meal...anything wrong with that?
