im going to be taking some sustanon, and i tend to bloat very quickly, is 20 mgs of nolva a day enough or should i take liquidex

Agreed! Besides 0.5mg/day of liquidex is less expensive than 20mg/day of nolvadex. You may even get by with 0.5mg EOD.
