Is my Clen real?

I've been taking it for about a week and haven't experienced any sweatiness or even noticeable heart rate increases.

Currently taking 140mg over the past 2 days.

Well i've been awake for 18 hours and not tired atm.
The pulsation on my neck is visible on both sides of my neck...this doesn't usually happen with a normal resting heart rate does it?
