Diet is a term used generally with losing weight. That isn't the case. A diet is a way of life/eating on an every day occurance. These fucktards are eating 12" meatball subs not realizing each 12" sub contains an absurd amount of high GI CHO, sodium, saturated fats, etc. They need to learn other words like Jenny Craig.

ha, I didnt know that they ripped on Jared in a bowflex commercial. Thats funny. Funny because abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. If anyone thinks the bowflex is their fitness answer they are sadly mistaken.
Try a good weight room, and a hardcore diet instead.
