Is it true HGH has gotten much cheaper recently?

I was talking with one of the Bro's at my gym about things and out of the blue has says "you should hit some HGH". I told him that it was way too damn expensive and he told me that it is way cheaper than it used to be.
What's the best buy out there for it currently?
(not asking for a source here, just want to know what brand/product is currently the most cost effective)
