guys is it true that deca can help regenerate tendons and cartillage in joints that hurt

It will help with recovery and it will help minimize pain an inflammation in joints. It will do nothing to a tendon or a ligament.
Think of a ligament as a piece of rope, it does not stretch and does not have memory, if torn it needs to be repaired as in sutured. Ditto for tendons which are similar in tissue but connected to the bone.
Deca will increase the volume of synovial fluid in a joint and subsequently ease pain, movement and yes augment minor cartilage repair. But a major tear in your cartilage will need time or surgery to repair. No short cuts.
With all that tripe said, I use deca a lot for my shoulders and shoulder pain.
