Shakes will not give you a full feeling.
You need more "fleshy" foods. Dry foods like protein powder will not satisfy you because they don't have much weight.
Example: a 133g can of Tuna has 35g of protein and 1-2g of fat. 30g of cold cereal has 20-25g of carbs, 2g of protein and 1 g of fat.
Your getting roughly the same calories but 133g will fill you up more than 30g.
