Is it just me?

About 90% of the time I send e-mail from my elite account, it says "this message will not be encrypted Send anyway?"

Does this happen to you guys alot, and what is the criteria for it to be encrypted or not? Does anyone know?

Sometimes I click cancel and try again, but it still says it. Is there any way to MAKE the service encrypt it? If i don't get any answers here I will ask George, so I don't need that advice.
