Do a search using Insulin and/or HGH, Growth, etc in the engine and tons of useful information will come up... RESEARCH the material!
If you follow the rules (like scuba diving) it is completely safe. Just start with a small amount of slin and build up -- However, more is not always better...
If you are doing GH I would say Insulin is required. GH adversly effects your natural insulin, so you need some to get over that, at least.
Now MORE IS NOT BETTER!! MORE IS NOT BETTER!!
