I am thinking about running IGF-1 for 4 - 6 weeks between cycles. Just how effective is IGF compared to AAS? And, in your opinion, is it worth the money?
Also, this will be first time running IGF. What would be a good starting dose?

I run IGF during (4 weeks in the middle) During PCT and to bridge… It is not comparable to AAS….. Not really… I lean out but still put on a few lbs. I feel it helps me retain my gains and it improves my pumps!!
So… It is a substance you can use to get/keep gains without the side effects of AAS.
If money is an issue then save it and get some test for your next cycle.. If you can afford it then give it a run!!

I have run 40mcg's of receptor grade for 25 days twice. Got lean and sick vascular.
It was expensive though.
Ran media grade once at the same dose. Got nothing.
Next time I will try running 80 mcg's like mentioned above.

That’s correct… One can not compare IGF to AAS but…… Because you should not run AAS all the time.... IGF (if cost is not an issue) is a great way to bridge between cycles.
