Is Gyno Inevitable?

I hear so many people talking about lumps behind nipples to one pec is bigger than the other . . is there any way around gyno? a way that will have no side effects of gyno and still make mucscle gains in the process? i know about all the anit estroggen products, but what works best? and is very highly effective?

Can’t tell you, have been on most of the last 10 years, normally take liquidex, and novadex, old school

Even with Deca and Tren,


But never have had gyno.

no only some people actually have the effects of gyno, but some people never get any lumps maybe just an occasional puffiness of the nipples. You will defently know when it happens though cause you will freak out and be worried as hell. But it is defently preventable and easy to get rid of if you prepare for it before your cycle which you should always do no matter what. I like femara , I dont here to many people talking about it and it is somewhat expensive but I love the stuff It cleared up my stuff pretty quick.

Some people never get it no matter how much gear they run (Dorian Yates), and some people do (Ronnie Coleman). It seems to be a crap shoot.
