Is Flax ok to use while on cutting cycle?

OMG flax is sooo good. I seriously eat it by the Tbsp. Has a great nutty taste.

Its good since it has omega-3, fiber. GREAT for a breakfast.

The main concern is antioxidant activity, low density lipolipid reduction, high densitiy lipolipid increase, and efficient glucose uptake across the cell membrane (ie. insulin sensitivity - an essential variable when trying to change body composition). It relieves depression and increases mental acuity...but yeah proper/regular hormone production and nice skin/hair are definately perks. It'll help you lose weight in the long run believe it or not :), take that and a good monounsaturated source (olive oil)...Be advised that the eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid are very low in flax seed oil so you might wanna get it in fish (your body can produce those from the flax oil though but you won't be getting optimal amounts)...depends how picky you are.

But would you say night time use is the best time to use it? And at what amount? I use 5 grams of Flax in my night time shakes.

Yo bruh, it's inclusion in your cutting diet will most certainly depend on WHAT your cutting diet is. One cannot say a shake before bed is good/bad, as there is no clue as to what your breakdown is.
I can say that flax is a staple I use while cutting, yes. Works better than any other fats I've used.
