is ethyl oleate same is 190 proof grain alcohol?

is it the same is ever clear the same? if I was making oral powders to liquid can I use peg 400 and ethyl oleate, I cant get 190 proof grain alcohol or everclear but I assume ethyl oleate is the same ? can anyone chime in?

Not even close.

EO is used instead of or in addition of oil for injectables. It helps higher concentration not to crash, run an thinner viscosity and some say less pain after injection.

190 is just to dissolve some drug compounds for oral use, some may need the addition of PEG300 as well.

If 151 dissolves the compound of course you can use it

Ethonol is pure alcohol

If you read that link it shows that some compounds require PEG additionally to dissolve.

Yes EO is the best carrier you can use, but not always necessary. When GSO is much cheaper and works for most recipes.
