is DNP for me????

i was reading alot of posts and articles on the miraculous weight losses using this compound. but the majority of the people seemed to have alot of bf% on them to begin with ie. 15-20%. I have yet to read about or hear of someone who uses it while they are currently in a lean state. ie. me.

can it be used for that last bit of stubborn fat that is so hard to loose, or it is more of something a fat person would use. lets say i my bf% is 9% and i want to get to 6% is dnp a good choice? perhaps i am lean enough that i would loose too much muscle? how healthy is it when you are already fairly lean?

i have used the conventional diet to shred but it takes longer than i am willing to stand. especially with my current work schedule...

im really interested in everyones input; i cant seem to recall a person using dnp in their last few weeks of ther pre-contest prep. i may be wrong.
 
i agree, i don't see any posts using it to get into contest shape, but i don't see why it would not work at a low body fat , because raising your metabolism is the same at any body fat % right?

Maybe it's because the majority who can get into comp shape can do it without DNP and just decide not to use it.....

If you are at 15-20% and want to be 4-6%, dnp looks like a pretty good option !
 
I am 7% bf and may use it for a week, but it would be more to clean my receptors
 
I'd love to use the stuff since I'm about 15% BF, but I just don't have the balls to go for it :(. I'm also scared of getting caps since they could be any dosage.

I'm using it for this now. I started at 9-10% and am using it to go down to 5-6%.

What I've found is that the leaner that you are the less the DNP wants to burn. It still burns fat great - but on my first DNP cycle I ate like a glutonous fool...icecream...cake...pizza... and I still lost weight. Now that I'm at 7% the DNP only wants to work if I watch my carbs carefully. I can eat like a horse if I want to and not gain weight... but I am only going down b/f when I eat carefully.

thanks bro, im in the same position as you. i guess diet is a major factor. what are your dosages like?
