i was reading alot of posts and articles on the miraculous weight losses using this compound. but the majority of the people seemed to have alot of bf% on them to begin with ie. 15-20%. I have yet to read about or hear of someone who uses it while they are currently in a lean state. ie. me.
can it be used for that last bit of stubborn fat that is so hard to loose, or it is more of something a fat person would use. lets say i my bf% is 9% and i want to get to 6% is dnp a good choice? perhaps i am lean enough that i would loose too much muscle? how healthy is it when you are already fairly lean?
i have used the conventional diet to shred but it takes longer than i am willing to stand. especially with my current work schedule...
