Is Creatine a Waste During First Cycle

Hi,
I am about to begin my first ever cycle. Below are my stats for those how wanna know. I will be doing 8 weeks of Sustanon 250, 250mg per week. I have my PCT all planned out and am mentally prepared. My question to this board is this:

Should I take creatine while on, or should I wait till off? I just dont want it to be a waste and have the added water gain. I know it probably really doest matter, but Im just curious. Thanks for all that reply!

i agree...except if your running var. then (unless your prone to holding water on creatine) its a must.
 
some pepole tend to hold water with creatine. with sust your likely to hole water too. it was suggested to me to run creaine with var so after my 4th week on a var only cycle i added 10 grams of it a day. my strength was already crazy with the var, but when i added creatine it was INSANE!
from the research i did if i remember correctly var increases creatine synthisis with in the muscles. so with the addition of the supplement it just adds fuel to the fire. when i did test with var i did not use creatine for fear of bloating (witch i did not do!)
 
Thanks for the info Tboy. I might start with the Creatine towards the end if I dont have any bloating from the Sus. I dont see where it would be a problem though.
