What a joke MR. Congressman! have you heard of evolution. I am sick of this Sh**! I wish I held a seat, because I would laugh in this cats face! Is everyone so Jealous of everone else! I hate Barry Bonds punk a** but I would do everything possible to improve my game if I had a shot at the big leagues! can you blame him! All these fat-ass hippocrite congressman will sip their scotch, lite up their cigars and watch superior atheletes break all their records, while their wives take 50 different perscriptions. So what is next? ban lifting weights, or protein powders! Maybe players should have a smoke in the outfield, or get jacked up on some amphetimines because they are not banned in MLB. "1 in 45 highschool kids have used steriods," yeah how many of them abuse alcohol or smoke? oh I forgot MR. Congressman steriods lead to manny more deaths than those substances, my bad! you can tax those items!

Congress is an attempt to cover up the real issues!!!. They say they worried about the kids correct?? How about we start with thounsands of kids that dont have medical insurance, or how about kids as early as 6 to 10 years develop type 2 diabetes because they are soooo fat. And how about social security programs whith are going bankrupt this just something so the people can forget the real issues.

ive been watching this all day and have never yelled at the tv so much in my life. They play off the sob stories about kids that committed suicide. What ever happened to personal accountability? BTW they are going to start the player testimony shorly.

Congress is tackling a REAL problem here guys...give them a break. Fuckin gas can be $3.00 per gallon, but if some ball player uses steroids, holy shit, let's have an investigation. I personally think this whole deal is a bunch of shit. Canseco should be strung up somewhere. Great way to sell a book though.

The problem is this: We all know the truth, but we can not get up and speak it without ruining our own lives. The stigma of steroid use is so bad now, that I am no longer honest with people about my own use. I used to be truthful when someone asked, but now I lie. I don't like to lie, but I refuse to be judged by someone with zero experience or knowledge on the topic.
So what do we get? Hours of one sided bullshit about the horrific dangers of steroids using the most obscure anecdotal evidence to prove their point (i.e: Dave Hazelton, boxer with no legs; Douchebag kid who killed himself; Lyle Alzado, who even admitted himslef that steroids did not cause his brain tumor; Ken Caminiti, who was known to use black tar heroin.)

Steriods will stay illegal b/c even if they do becoome legal there is no way the government can profit from them. They can't tax steriods b/c they will be bought from a pharmacy not a convience store. So as long as they cannot make any money off them they will be illegal. Think about it when all the bad things about steroids are talked about there is no mention of how much the person took or for how long. The biggest thing in this congressional shit is the guuy was 17. He shouldn't have been taking them anyway he was way too young. He was probably mentally unstable long before taking steroids.
