is coffee a good fat burner?

If you mean, should I drink 20 cups of coffee instead of cleaning up my diet and doing cardio, then the answer is no. There are loads of posts on this in the diet/ supplements section.

Don't modify your caffiene intake on the grounds of thinking you will significantly improve your metabolism.

oh my diet is clean. and as for the cardio. i do that at least every other day.

On top of a closely mnoitored/ clean diet, aslong as you are doing about 20-30 minutes cardio, 60-75% of your maximum heart rate a few times a week you'll make good progress in shedding the fatty pounds over the months.
