Is Clenbuterol Good For Energy Only?

I was thinking of using a small dosage on my heavy days since ephedrine was banned. Also is clenbuterol illegal? Whats a good dosage for energy? Just a few questions since I dont know much about the stuff. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!
