is butendiol too dangerous

i was going to use butendiol for sleep as compared to gbl. should i go ahead and use the butendiol or not thanks

my opinion: Don't use it every night, don't use it when you go out clubbin, and don't take huge quantities. If you're careful and responsible you should be ok. Like I said tho.. that's just my opinion.

1,4 butanediol is not dangerous, can be addictive if you start using it every night, dont drink alcohol when you take 1,4 or any other drugs for that matter. i like it for going out, its much safer then alcohol and costs less too
