Is any one here 100% drug free?

When I was 17, I got hooked on sleeping pills for almost a year. I finally quit cold turkey and it was rough for about a week. I am now feeling the negative consequences of my actions. I found at last week that I have a enlarged heart and some other problems. I will be going in tomorrow for a catherdrization of my heart as well as some other tests. I was told that this may not be only caused by my addiction, but it certainly did not help. Sorry for the rant.

My addiction to this shit was also because of simply being weak.

Just worries me with being so young. Besides the enlarged heart, I have also been told that I have a slight blockage on the left side and some type of clot within the heart.

if so How do you get up in the morning.

get 9 hours of sleep everynight,,, and 10 on weekends. Thats what i do, and im never tired anymore.

Read one post saying that u used to rip it up in the gym before ECA and caffeine....Maybe this shows that you have become too dependant on these stimulants in the gym. Maybe somehoe you have "convinced" yourself that you "need" these things to have a good workout...whereas u don't...

I'm drug free. In fact, I don't take aspirin when I have a headache either...

I have used some mild fat burners in the past, but not for a long time.

I have never smoked, and I don't drink....I'm pretty much a goodie goodie

I'm about...um, 78% drug free. Although I'm pretty sure my blood alchohol is still quite high from last night.
