Is Aburaihan-Test E any good?

So I'm thinking about running some Test E, but I don't like the prices of the so called higher end brands. The only one I can afford is a 10 week cycle of Test E (very reliable source).

Little bit skeptical about things coming from Iran, but from some reviews I've read people seem to be getting good results, just wondering how it compares to the other brands.
