Irritability on clen?

Yeah, I hear you. Restricted diet+ ECA+ clen= one shitty-ass mood at times. I'm pretty good at not taking it out on anyone though.

Yup dieting + clen = PISSED OFF!!! I am usually doing so much cardio and training that I am used up by the end of the day.

I've read that. From what I gathered, it was just based on the fact that that would be taking two stimulants together and that would be too much for your body to handle. My heart rate didn't get out of control and ephedrine hardly even gives me the jitters anymore, so I take both. Maybe I'm an idiot.

The only thing I'm on so far is Vivarin. Tired of feeling like my entire back is tensed all to hell and the fist of God is grabbing my heart (not a result of mixing clen/eca...just eca will do that to me more than anything.)

Agreed. The only reason I use eca with clen is because clen does not kill my appetite on a calorie restricted diet. ECA 3 times a day and I don't feel like eating much.
