Shamelessly stolen from Muscle Mayhem
First, I just wanted to let everyone know that all year during 2004, we are choosing members to cover various shows - for the 2004 Ironman (tomorrow 2/20) - Mayhem member Jeff McFarland is Mayhem's contest coverage reporter/photographer. Jeff has full press credentials and will be giving us up to date posts, as well as a post contest report and tons of pics!
I just got off the phone with Craig Titus, Jason Arntz and Chick - and here's the scoop from weigh-ins:
Everyone showed up except Dexter Jackson - so of course the buzz is that Dexter didn't want his actual weight revealed - why he really didn't show up, who knows? Here's some of the weights I received:
The big dog of the day - Tom Prince! --a large and in charge 276 pounds!!!!
Chick is 252
Titus is 241
Jason Arntz is 212
Lee Priest is 199
Those are the only weights I received - supposedly Ahmed Haider is in great shape and Johnnie Jackson is said to look awesome as well. Titus is right where he needs to be and is in great shape - Jason Arntz is shredded and Tom is as big as a house - just needs to lose a little bit of water before tomorrow and he'll be right on the money. Chick is filling up and said he needs to be a little fuller - so he's still filling up and should be ready to roll tomorrow, as well.
That's the scoop so far - I'll keep you guys posted as I hear more - and keep watching the board - as Jeff will be getting pics up and posting as the pre-judging goes down.
