Hi everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself so u all know I'm not some weirdo trolling ass creep and get asked who the fuck are u when I post something.
I haven't been weight training for to long, just over year but I have been doing alot of calesetics over the years(pardon the spelling).
I'm from Southern Cal and just trying to learn all I can. I've gotten alot of good feedback and totally appreciate it!
