Hello,
This is my first post. Been lurking and reading a lot of old posts for a short while now. I used AS about 12 years ago. I had been light most of my life. I weighed 120lbs at 5'10" in my mid 20's. I started to lift and got up to about 150lbs. naturally and then did several cycles under the guidance of a good personal friend and pro bodybuilder. I ended up at 198lbs at 5% BF at my best. I was really happy with this look and would love to be there again) Then marriage and business got the better of me
(Not complaining, my wife and kids are everything to me!!!). As the years have gone by I have lost muscle and gained fat. I got up to about 16 - 18% BF and weighed around 190lbs.
Now that I turned 38 I realized I needed to make some changes. I started working out again and doing cardio. I have always been able to lose fat easily and within 10 weeks my abs are back and I would guess my BF to be down around 10% now. I have done 1 1/2 clen cycles of 2 weeks each (half way through the second one now). Clen always works great for me. I have also been shooting 1 I.U. of growth a day for the last 3 years and shooting 200mg of test cyp. a week for the same time. I also take T3 every day. This is all based on my blood levels and I am under the care of a great doctor (I work in a high stress position and this lead to my low blood levels.) With this prescription I am never off the medicine. My blood tests all come out normal with these levels.
Now I am thinking about doing a cycle to gain some more lean mass. Should I just bump up my HGH to 3 or 4 IU a day and increase the cyp to 500 mg per week? I also have access to Deca if I want to add it in. Is there anything else I should think about using. My main question is if this will be like a first cycle again since it has been 12 years, or will my current use of cyp mean my system is accustomed to it and I will need to do a heavier cycle to get results.
Any suggestions?
I currently lift 4 days a week and do 3 days of cardio as follows:
Mon: Chest and Tris
Tues: Lats, Bi's, forearms
Wed: 45 min cardio
Thurs: Traps, Delts, and abs.
Fri: Quads, Hams, and calves
Sat: 45 min cardio
Sun: 45 minn cardio
My diet is pretty clean and I target 40 gms protein, 40 grams carbs, and 10 grams of fat per meal. 5 meals per day.
Sorry for the long post, but I wanted to provide as much information as possible since I am asking for your advice on my cycle. Also any input on what I should do PCT will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Bill
