I am new here. I am 42 years old. I have been working out most of my life, but my work outs have been half assed for 6-7 years, because of work and other commitments. About 7 months ago I got sick of being a middle aged fat ass and recomitted myself to the gym. I worked out hard, but my gains were slow. I talked to an acquaintance about steroids and did an 8 week cycle of Deca and Winstrol. I did a 10ml bottle of Deca QV300, which was on average a little more than 300mgs a week, and the bottle of winstrol. I know this wasn't the best first cycle but I didn't know shit. (My only other cycle was straight anavar, over twenty years ago). When I started the cycle my body fat was about 18% (too high), but I did a strick low carb diet throughout the cycle. Despite going into this blind, I was happy with the results in both strength and size. While by body weight dropped by maybe 5 pounds by the end of the cycle, I think my net muscle mass increased. When I started my waste was a 38, and I finished with a 34 waste. All major muscle groups got noticebly larger. Also no pct, and I crashed hard after. My willy is just starting to come back to life.
I started lowering my body fat in preparation for my next cycle, which was going to be 500mg sustanon and 300mg Deca (I like the Deca for the way it eased my joint pains). But now that my body fat is nearing 10% I like my newly found abs and would like them to be around for the summer. So I am thinking of changing my cycle plans, and save my bulking cycle for the fall.
I have 2 x10ml of sust 250, 10 ml of Deca 300mg, and 301 BD Anavar.
I was thinking of doing a low dose test cycle with the anavar, in hopes of gaining some lean muscle mass and more strength.
Sustanon 250mg ew wk 1-8
Anavar 50mg a day wk 2-10
begin pct wk 11.
In the alternative, I thought of just doing a straight Anavar/creatine cycle.
