Hey guys...Not new to the game but new here. Actually I was a member many moons ago but have since moved on....but lately I've been in a rut at the board I'm on b/c everyone knows each other and it's kinda like we've turned away from talking about training, juice, etc b/c we're such a close knit family...had to come here where there's 100000 people and the topics keep moving quickly.
Anywho, I am 5'9, probably around 200-210 right now. Been up to 220, been down to 180. Leanest I've ever been is 6-7% bf.
I recently graduated college and moved into the city with my girlfriend and dog. With the new "real world" (ie new living quarters, bills, stress of a job, etc) I kinda got lost when it comes to training and took aprox 2 months off. Amassed a little "pooch" in the spare tire area and lost some strength.
Trying to get back into it hardcore now. Have done aprox 3 cycles, mostly just standard test cycles...nothing outlandish. Fortunately I grow on moderately low doseages so I have no need for a gram a week type cycles.
Currently today is my first day of T3/Clen...starting T200 at 400mg a week tommorow (just b/c I have it on hand) and then around week 5 gonna mix in prop at 100mg eod.
Hoping to bust ass on the cardio and lose a little fat and perhaps get down to 185 or so and back down to under 10%...I'd be too afraid to even tell what % i'm at right now lol.
