I"m taking B12 tablets, twice a day, and honestly cant' tell if its doing anything or not, I know IM B12 is supposed to increase appetite, who here has used it and what are its effects?

It's a vitamin. It doesn't do anything.
Vitamins maintain your body functions.
If you have deficiency, you would have deficiency symptoms.
If you have no deficiency, you are normal.
That's all they do: make you normal.
It increases appetite. The injectable works much better than the oral version. I shoot 12,000mcg/wk to keep my appetitie and metabolism going. A lack of b vitamins can be also attributed to hairloss.
I use sublingual b12 since the absorption of b12 is much better then oral b12.
I also disagree with the idea that you will be "normal" if bloodwork is in the "normal" ranges.
ive tried the injectable version and i loved it. i only tried it once though. it was an injectable b-complex. shot it IM 1000mcg half cc in each delt. it burned a little but after about 10 minutes i felt a pretty nice jolt of energy. it wasnt like the nervous kind that i get from stimulants. it was more of an alert clear minded energy. got it from research lab supply. 30$ for 250ml and it only took a day to get here.
