Yea sorry about that, i figured everybody knew what it was. Well it's got a bunch of amino acids but we get plenty of them in our food. Would it benefit me to take extra during workout? I just don't want to waste money on something i don't need. What do you think?

I'm 6ft 175 but i got some fat i want to lose. Do you recommend me taking this or is CLA recommended for people with higher fat?
