Since you shouldn't have assumed everyone knows what the product is, you could have just posted a link then I wouldn't have to look it up.

BCAA's are good during your workout. I just take 10 grams pre-workout and 10 grams post workout. Not in between. Some people take them during the workout as well.



It looks like it has alot more than BCAA's though.

Yea sorry about that, i figured everybody knew what it was. Well it's got a bunch of amino acids but we get plenty of them in our food. Would it benefit me to take extra during workout? I just don't want to waste money on something i don't need. What do you think?

If you already have a solid pre-workout and post workout, I wouldn't spend the money. I just drink water during my workout.
 
i just have a solid meal an hour before and ON 100% whey after

You could use it.

I just down 1/2 a protein shake (25 grams) 1 hour before, and the other 1/2 right before I lift with 10 grams of BCAA's. Seems to do the trick for me.


If your last meal is 1 hour before, you could probably get some additional benefit to using it.

This product should help with endurance and promote anabolism during training. I have never used it so I can't speak of any real benefits from taking it.
 
I believe AEN just reformulated the flavoring also... so now it tastes even better.

All-in-all in terms of intra-workout supps. IntrAbolic is one of the elite. If you can afford it, it can't hurt.

I'm 6ft 175 but i got some fat i want to lose. Do you recommend me taking this or is CLA recommended for people with higher fat?

CLA has only been effective in the overweight. It's track record is relatively poor.
