Into my 7th week of test e only cycle

I am now on my 7th week of test e only cycle. 500 mg a week, divided into 2 injections a week. I have gained 20-22lbs, which i find very much!

My strenght is through the roof, and im eating like a horse.

I have gained a lott muscle weight, but also some fat. I think my BF is higher now, and im start to questioning my diet. .

I eat, 3-4 dl oatmeal with 4 eggs and fruit for breakfast- For lunch i eat brown rice with tuna and red beans, and a shake.
2 hours later i eat usually 2 pcs of dark bread with cottage cheese, and some red beans on the side.
For dinner i eat 3-400g of chickenfilet with vegetables and dark spaghetti.
In the evening i eat fish (salmon - cod - polloc)with some brown rice, and some eggwhites.

Between meals, i eat fruit, and some proteinshakes.

It's a fact that i didnt eat that much before i started the cycle, but i eat more healthy, and i hit the gym a lot harder.

I dont want that extra bodyfat now before summer starts here in norway, around june. Should i cut my diet a bit now, or should i just continue eating like a champ and lift hard? and cut when cycle is over in like 5 weeks?

Is this your 1st cycle?
You usually see great gains on 1st cycle with fresh receptors.
Keep eating clean and plenty,you will need it for all the extra work you are doing in the gym.

ive just started forma stanzol, and will continue troghout PCT, no other AI, only arimidex on hand.

Doesn't feel like water weight. I dont see any signs of bloating. . But maybe youre right. .

Gonna post some pictures tomorrow. .

are you running an AI? you have a lot of water weight obviously.

if you put up pics we can get a better idea

you've done great in terms of gaining weight but if you want to cut a bit of fat, your diet needs to change... i think forma is going to be a big help to you but there's a few things I personally would cut out of your diet to help you lose fat...

the 4 eggs, if they are whole eggs, is not good... switch to egg whites... im not sure what DL means for oatmeal, but if it means servings, you should only have one serving, not 3-4... your whole second meal two hours later is not helping... your two meals of red beans are loaded with sodium, so that will retain water... you should look at changing that entire second meal... cut the spaghetti out for now... don't eat as much brown rice...

your diet is fine for putting on weight but if you are getting unwanted fat, these are the causes...
 
Dylan has gave some good suggestions here on the diet side of things. I would get on some Formastanozol at 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm, and reduce your overall carb intake each day and definitely watch your sodium. That will bloat you with a quickness.

You've gained a very decent amount of muscle. Now I would utilize the rest of your cycle to burn the fat ;)

^^^^^^^^^^^ this... do like rick said 5 pumps a.m. and 5 p.m... make sure to rub 2-3 each time on your abs...

From the 4 eggs, only one is whole. Maybe i just skip that one, and make it 4 eggwhites instead. . DL = desiliter. 4 DL is about a full coffecup.
If i cut the carb intake, wouldnt that do much with my energi? What should i put on the plate instead of more rice/spaghetti? more vegetables, or more meat?

Forma is already started 5 pumps am/pm . .On my 4th day using it, but dont feel any difference, but i guess i must give it time. .

What do you suggest instead of beans? That also contain good amounts of protein?

Thought forma only should be used on upper body. . i consentrate most on my pecs. .

Absolutely you can use it on your abs... I do half on my chest and half on my abs... Its a shredder for sure

Just remember you're bulking; you don't want to under eat. try adding some morning cardio 3x a week and do 10 minutes of interval training after your lifting sessions

Well that depends on your body, try it both ways and see what works better. I do my AM cardio with only a glass of water and a scoop of BCAA. If my weight session is about an hour I do my cardio right after no rest only water. If my weight session is over an hour I'll have 1 scoop of protein wait about 20 minutes and then do my cardio.

Well that depends on your body, try it both ways and see what works better. I do my AM cardio with only a glass of water and a scoop of BCAA. If my weight session is about an hour I do my cardio right after no rest only water. If my weight session is over an hour I'll have 1 scoop of protein wait about 20 minutes and then do my cardio.

i guess im lost here... you said you wanted to cut some of the fat but now you want to still bulk? im really confused on what it is you want to do here?

no problem friend... this is my specialty area... high protein, low fat, gain size, lose body fat... this is what i do bro... read this post of mine...
