I am now on my 7th week of test e only cycle. 500 mg a week, divided into 2 injections a week. I have gained 20-22lbs, which i find very much!
My strenght is through the roof, and im eating like a horse.
I have gained a lott muscle weight, but also some fat. I think my BF is higher now, and im start to questioning my diet. .
I eat, 3-4 dl oatmeal with 4 eggs and fruit for breakfast- For lunch i eat brown rice with tuna and red beans, and a shake.
2 hours later i eat usually 2 pcs of dark bread with cottage cheese, and some red beans on the side.
For dinner i eat 3-400g of chickenfilet with vegetables and dark spaghetti.
In the evening i eat fish (salmon - cod - polloc)with some brown rice, and some eggwhites.
Between meals, i eat fruit, and some proteinshakes.
It's a fact that i didnt eat that much before i started the cycle, but i eat more healthy, and i hit the gym a lot harder.
I dont want that extra bodyfat now before summer starts here in norway, around june. Should i cut my diet a bit now, or should i just continue eating like a champ and lift hard? and cut when cycle is over in like 5 weeks?
