There isnt anything to solve.........whoever wrote just put some time in doing basic sums. Look at the patterns in the symbols........its simple.

Example: 23

Add together = 5
23-5 =18

The symbol for 18 is exactly the same as the one for 36 (starting number would be 41).

the ones that are factors of 9 are the same in each one. 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, 81.
