Intermittent fasting diet

The diet below might be a good Intermittend Fasting diet??

10Pm Bed time Peptides
7am Peptides GW501516 Cardio With 10gr BCAA+gluta+Multivitam
11 Peptides Ipamorelling/modGrf
11.50 10gr BCAA+gluta VIt C+ BEta alanina
12am Weight training
12.45 am Peptides and 20gr BCAA+gluta
after 30 minutes 80gr Carbs+50whey
after 30minutes First meal
4pm 2nd meal
7.30pm 3rd meal
9.30pm 4meal
Every meal will have
60%proteins - 30%fat - 10% carbs from vegetables

On NON workout days I will have fasted till the evening and have only 2 meals 4pm and 7.30pm
sunday free day.

What do u think about that?
 
my actually situation is good shape with 14% of fat and I have to be shredded for the end of the year where I will start preparation for a contest in next april.
 
I definitely think intermittent fasting can be effective for men...not so much women. Your bodyfat level is probably lean enough to do it-I think it would work even better if you were a bit leaner.

Me, for instance, as a bodybuilder don't know if I could do it. That's a long window to not eat and think I'd get irritable and just downright lethargic if I didn't eat something. I know it does work though if executed correctly. Give it a shot and keep us posted.
