YES + capsicum

The idea was to induce localized insulin resistance using nicotine and capsicum and after using Liporexin+nicotine and noticing the profound effect that had (which contains cap) I gave it a shot.

....Bad idea, I have a high tolerance for pain and the burning from Cap+YES was one of the worst things I've ever felt. Fat-loss seemed better though I'm not sure the pain was worth it.

well since Cap burned like hell I switched to using a nicotine patch cut into squares (hoping to quicken absorption since I hardly want to wear the thing for 12 hours) since nicotine is supposed to exert a similar effect....waiting on more yes but nicotine alone seems to be having an interesting effect although I think I'm getting mostl into my blood stream b/c the heat increase after half an hour is VERY noticable...not sure if nicotine patches would deliver the nicotine where I want it...
