In my third week of increasing intensity, supersetting ATF olympic squats and stiff legged deadlifts. 10 sets of 3.
Started my warmup and just kept hitting repeat on my MP3 player. By about the 8th superset I was ready to put my fist thru the wall/have a breakdown. This song just kept driving me - with this wave of emotion constantly building.
Johnny Cash's version of "Hurt" by Nine Inch Nails.
For once I ignored the Rage Against the Machine, Rollins Band, and Godsmack. Just rocked it old school. One of those workouts that happens only a couple of times a year.
