Last week was my first week on DNP at about roughly 200mg's a day. I say roughly because I don't have a scale, but I've taken enough physics and chem. labs to be able to eyeball 200mg's of a substance, but I could be off by 50mg's either way. So I'd say I've been taking anywhere from 150mg's to 250mg's. Last week wasn't too bad, I was hotter than normal, that's for sure, but I wasn't sweating balls.......until I worked out that is. Last friday was bench day, but I was kind of dogging it the whole day, I felt a cold coming on. So I decided my stamina wasn't going to be there today, but I still wanted to go heavy purely to keep my body from losing muscle. But I was going to cut my volume by nearly half. Anyway, I ended up benching about 10 more pounds than I ever have before, and that was after 4-5 days on DNP!!
I was under the impression that the strength rebound would come after I had quit. In hindsight though, it was probably a bad idea to have done any working out last weekend because my cold came on strong saturday and sunday. Both of those days I skipped the DNP. Today I went again but with a little more than 200mg's since the cold seems to be receding a bit. So far I've been pretty pleased with how my body has reacted to the stuff, that is probably the result of starting out with VERY small amounts of it and working up.
